I am just too exhausted to write anything right now, but I wanted to let you know that I got my court date today!!! My case will be heard on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 10:30a.m. Semey time. That's 12:30 a.m. EST on the night between Wednesday and Thursday. So, by the time you wake up on Thursday, I will (hopefully) legally be Anelya's mother.
Please keep in mind that there is still the 15 day appeals period, but I expect no problems at all with that. The date that we will REALLY celebrate is September 18, 2009, when nothing can between the Mama and Anelya anymore.
If flights allow, Mom and I will arrive in Boston on Saturday afternoon, September 5. We will go home for one night (I will stay at Mom and Dad's so as not upset my dogs when I have to leave again the next day) and then we will go to Maine the next day for my cousin Molly's wedding! With our pillows. So, PLEASE send good vibes, prayers, thoughts etc. our way. This time next week, I will have a daughter.
