This morning I woke up at 4:30 to the adoptive mother version of belly kicks - BUTTERFLIES. Holy moly is my stomach flipping non-stop. In just 3 days I will board the plane for the trip which will change my life forever. That plane not only takes me to my daughter, but to my future.
I have been leaving TLC on all day so my dogs get used to baby sounds. The problem is, I absolutely cannot watch it myself. LOL. I just burst into tears. Oh man, please tell the network execs not to air any Oreo, McDonald's, Life Insurance, Kellogg's, Pledge, Verizon... Actually, I think it'd be safer to stick to tampons and razors. Thank you.
Ohhhhh I pity the poor Fedex dude. No record of the return envelope as of yet. It's ok. I still have today and tomorrow. I am sure it will be sent out today. In the meantime, I will sit on the Fedex guy's lap until he produces our passports.

This is the story of how a single 30-something year old woman and a 6.5 month old angel from Kazakhstan found each other and became a family. A journey which started as a dream, became reality in August 2009 when two hearts found one home... together.
