Dear Fedex

Dear Fedex,

I am sorry if I doubted you or if I have been moody, overbearing and well, annoying. I would like to thank you for your dependability and for having online tracking capabilities which, fortunately, cannot hear the multitude of four letter words I may or may not have uttered at the apparent lack of progress in getting my passports and visas returned to me.

I wanted to be sure to demonstrate to you how awesome you are! This picture was taken at 11:43 this morning.
