She Said YES!!!
At 11:22a.m. Semey time on September 3, 2009 Elemecova Anelya Ahatovna became Anelya Porter Caesar and I became her Mama! I will post in more detail as soon as I have a chance. Thank you for all of your prayers and messages. Today my dream came true.
