The appeals period ended today and I am now officially the mother of Anelya Porter Caesar, born January 15, 2009 in Semey, Kazakhstan, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for all of your support and well wishes! Dad and I should be off to Kazakhstan to pick Anelya up in about three weeks! YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's a celebratory video that we took the last day I saw Anelya. We had been doing this for a while, so she was kind of over the kisses. HAHAHA. Too bad.
