Please Tell the Mama I am Not a Cow

Gunnar LOVES LOVES LOVES kids, so I usually take him trick or treating with a friend who has a child. Last year, he went as an English bloke (still cracks me up) and wore his lovely tweed jacket and carried his doggie cigar. He was dashing and strutted like a stud. I mean, he is so proud o that jacket, but not nearly as proud as when he wears his sporty reflective jacket, but he knows he is handsome.

But this year I have a dilemma. Gunnar hates his Halloween costume. I decided he would make a great cow. Gunnar's thought. Not so much... He won't budge. I mean he would stay there like a statue all day if I didn't take it off. So now I have to figure out a plan B.My original plan was to have him in a spider costume, but it's too late to order that now. I think Gunnar is helping me practice for motherhood.
P.S. Don't worry about Brody. He would rather not partake in any activities with too many people. He gets to go to Grandma and Grandpa's house to play with Peanut and Sasha.
P.P.S. Yes, I do have a costume for the baby for next year. OY VAY!!!!!!

Okay, that is the funniest post ever! Poor little Gunnar. I think that was his name. The poor man was a statue. What were you thinking mom? A cow? Sheesh! The dog has some pride too!

This is the story of how a single 30-something year old woman and a 6.5 month old angel from Kazakhstan found each other and became a family. A journey which started as a dream, became reality in August 2009 when two hearts found one home... together.
