I'm Stumped

I'm usually pretty blog savvy, but I have now officially been stumped. I'm trying to upload the (ROCKIN') radio interview, but I can't figure out how. I tried to post it on youtube and add it that way, but it turns out I have to use Windows Movie Maker, which I have, but which doesn't want to accept the .cda file. Anyone who knows how to deal with this, or how to add an ITunes file, please let me know. Until then, you'll have to take my word for it that it sounded great!

I'm making the blog public again for about a week so listeners can check it out. I plan on making it private again next weekend.
