Hi Andrea,
Just found your blog and am enjoying it. I am also a single mom adopting from Kazakhstan and my dossier has been at the MOE in Kaz for a few months now so I am hoping that I am nearing the end of my wait.
Don't stress too much over the dossier--just do each form accoridng to directions and before you know it, you will have it done and have a big stack of papers in your hand.
Now-- I have a question--what kind of stroller do you have Gunnar sitting in? I have been looking for a stroller where the baby can face me instead of facing out.
