Life has really changed since Anelya began to walk. I really don't have time for anything anymore because I chase her around all day. She is so much fun and has become VERY attached to her Mommy. Some days I can't even put her down for a second. I just cannot tell you how much I love this little girl. Just when I think I couldn't love her more, I love her THAT much more!!!
Here are a few pictures from the past couple of weeks.

Shopping cart from Auntie Laura and family for her birthday!

Apres ski outfit...

All lubed up on her face because she gets so chapped :-(

Anelya and Gunnar have a very special connection.

She loves to "pat pat pat" him.
Playing with her new Lifestyle Dream Kitchen from Gigi and Bob (great grandparents)

On our way to Massachusetts to see the Clarks!

We arrived at the Clarks on Saturday morning and the girls recognized each other right away. Anelya looks up to Julia Kalamkas, who is about 8 months older than she is, and mimics everything she does. So, we enjoyed listening to them mimic each other's sounds and movements. Our two beautiful New England Eurasian Kazakhs had a blast together!

Julia loves the playground and was eager to show her friend around!

I really cannot explain how peaceful it makes me feel to be with Tammy and Bob and their girls.
It feels like Kazakhstan and it just feels RIGHT.

Look at our girls. Ok, Anelya is a we bit terrified, but she'll be fine. ;-)

Could be cute if Anelya weren't hacking up a lung...

I love how she holds onto her big girl friend :-)

JK has just thrived with her family and is completely on track developmentally.
What a beautiful girl. I am so happy to have them so close by.

And Sarah... big sister, who was also with us in Kazakhstan. She is such a trooper and is so smart and competent. She was still using Russian words when we visited! It warms my heart so to see our girls all together Stateside.

The Clarks' toy room ROCKS.

On the way home we visited my godmother, Wendy. I was dumb and didn't take a picture of them together, but here she is playing happily at their house! Thank you, Wenzil, for all of your support and love. I know how much you love your grand god baby. xoxoxo
